WATCH: Home & Family's AMC reunion includes touching in-memoriam segment

Home & Family's All My Children reunion episode included an in-memoriam segment that's quite a tearjerker.

Several All My Children cast members reunited on a very special episode of Hallmark's Home & Family this week, and the end of the celebratory occasion included a touching in-memoriam segment that paid tribute to some of the beloved Pine Valley family members lost over the years.

AMC actors who attended the special gathering included Susan Lucci (ex-Erica Kane), Peter Bergman (ex-Cliff Warner, AMC; Jack Abbot, The Young and the Restless), Kim Delaney (ex-Jenny Gardner), Laurence Lau (ex-Greg Nelson, AMC; ex-Brian Wheatley, One Life to Live; ex-Jamie Matthews, Another World), Eden Riegel (ex-Bianca Montgomery, AMC; ex-Heather Stevens, Y&R), Kathleen Noone (ex-Ellen Dalton, AMC; ex-Edna Wallace, Passions), Eva LaRue (ex-Maria Santos), John Callahan (ex-Edmund Grey, AMC; ex-Dr. Baker, Days of our Lives), Rebecca Budig (ex-Greenlee Smythe, AMC; Hayden Barnes, General Hospital), and Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan Lavery).

The touching video tribute starts with Lucci recalling her on-screen mother, Frances Heflin (Mona Kane Tyler), and then goes on to honor additional stars like Ruth Warrick (ex-Phoebe Wallingford), James Mitchell (ex-Palmer Cortlandt), David Canary (ex-Adam Chandler), Larkin Malloy (ex-Travis Montgomery), Eileen Herlie (Myrtle Fargate), and more.
