Reese Witherspoon seemingly caught in sweet PDA moment with Oliver Haarmann in France

Reese Witherspoon is enjoying a vacation with her German financier boyfriend, Olivier Haarmann, in France.

TMZ has reported that the two were spotted packing in some PDA on Sunday during their beach day in Saint-Tropez. In photos shared by the outlet, they can be seen cozying up to each other and smooching with their legs dangling in the water. In some other photos, Haarmann could be seen rinsing the actress off.

The two have been romantically linked since July 2024, and this May, She Knows reported that the two were planning on moving in together. At the time, insiders told Page Six that they were looking at a $13 million apartment in NYC. It had three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and was located at Robert A.M. Stern’s newest building.

“They are looking in the area because [one of her kids] is attending NYU and Reese wants to be close,” an insider said at the time. “They’ve toured the apartment twice already and were very sweet and affectionate at both tours.”

In March, insiders told the outlet that Reese Witherspoon wanted "to date in secret."

The insider added: "She's not ready to jump into a relationship with both feet, but she's agreed to let friends fix her up, and they usually meet at the friend's place. You won't be seeing her out and about with a guy, unless she feels he's a keeper."

OK! Magazine has reported that the exes cited irreconcilable differences in their divorce filing. An insider told the outlet that the pandemic took a toll on their marriage:

"They struggled with being home together 24/7 and were arguing constantly. When lockdowns eased, they started living separate lives, which actually helped relieve some of the tension. But eventually they realized how much they’d grown apart," the source said.

In September 2024, several sources confirmed to People Magazine that Reese Witherspoon had moved on to Haarmann, who is also the founding partner of Searchlight Capital. At the time, a source said that the actress was "taking things slow when it comes to dating."

"She enjoys it but doesn't want it to be a big focus. She's busy with work and her son," that source said at the time. "These are her biggest priorities."

In October, a source told the outlet that the veteran actress was "having fun with Oliver," adding that she "often flies between Nashville and N.Y.C. to see him." "He's spending time with her kids too," the source revealed at the time, though they said they weren't "sure if [Haarmann had] met" Reese Witherspoon's daughter, Ava Phillippe, yet.

As for Toth, he has since reportedly moved on. Radar Online has reported that four months after he finalized his divorce, he was out on a getaway that was "definitely romantic." A source told the outlet:

"Jim was staying with a new girlfriend at the Sendero Nosara in Costa Rica. They seemed to be staying in a suite, and they looked really happy, just chilling and soaking up that pura vida vibe."
