Lee Jun-ho, or Junho, left his former agency, JYP Entertainment, to start his own called O3 Collective. The South Korean actor and singer broke the news to the public on August 18 and revealed the new agency's mission statement. It revealed the intention behind the name 'O3 Collective'. It reads:
"A creative group that moves organically on three pillars: the artist's identity (One), the originality of content (Original), and the management system (Orbit), creating a single creative orbit."
It also elaborated on what its aims are. The vision statement continued:
"We dream of a team-based brand system where artists, content, and staff become the main characters together," and expressed the ambition to "build a business lab capable of infinite expansion centered on IP, designed and realized for everyone's growth and expansion."

Who will Lee Jun-ho work with at O3 Collective?
The people who have worked in the past with Lee Jun-ho are expected to continue and dedicate their time to this new venture. Another individual joining O3 Collective is CEO Yang Hye-young. She has helped by contributing to the brand strategy and performance business division for CJ ENM, and will help with co-creating the vision for O3 Collective.
Besides those already acquainted with the South Korean singer and actor, it is also expected that new talents and voices in the industry will join him, too.
How did Lee Jun-ho rise to fame?
Junho started his journey to fame as a part of the South Korean boy band 2PM. The boy band debuted with a single called 10 Out of 10 in 2008. However, it was not until 2009 that they were recognized with their single Again & Again.
As an actor, he made his debut in 2013 in the South Korean action thriller film Cold Eyes. So far, Jun-ho has appeared in seven films, ten television series, and two web series. He has taken up a few other gigs, such as hosting and appearing on a number of game shows throughout his career.
