Perfect Match Season 3 Episode 2 premiered on August 1, 2025. The second episode of the Netflix show featured a compatibility challenge. For that, both girls and boys were asked various questions, separately.
The answers were already recorded, but participants didn’t know which of the answers shown on the screen were their partners’. With that twist, Perfect Match host Nick Lachey started asking questions.
By the end of both rounds, Madison–Freddie and AD–Ollie were leading. Among the two, AD and Ollie won by one point. As a winning reward, they would get a private date at night along with matchmaking power in the Boardroom.
Perfect Match Season 3 Episode 2: Who won the compatibility challenge?
The second episode of the reality show featured another compatibility challenge. Show host Nick Lachey noted the newly formed couple, Madison and Freddie. On the other hand, he also mentioned how Juliette decided to stay with Clayton.
Couples participating in the second episode's compatibility challenge were:
- Madison and Freddie,
- Lucy and Daniel,
- AD and Ollie,
- Sandy and Louis, and
- Juliette and Clayton.
"I wanna introduce you guys to today's compatibility challenge. It's called "You Like Whaaat?!!" announced the host.
Further, he shared how the challenge would work. There would be two separate rounds for boys and girls.
Nick would ask a series of questions to the girls, and then to the boys. He pointed out how those questions had already been answered by the male participants earlier.
"We're gonna place their answers on these five screens you see to my left. Pick the answer that resonates most with you. But here's the catch. All these are anonymous. You have no idea which one of you guys said what," he added.
As for the winner, the couple who picked the most number of their match’s responses would win. For them, there would be a date and a special power in the Boardroom.
First, girls sat on the swings while boys stood near the screens. Nick started asking questions to the girls.
Some of the questions featured in the compatibility challenge were:
- What would they tell a person to make them fall in love with them?
- The boldest move they had ever made to get someone's attention,
- If they had to cook a meal to impress a partner, what would they cook?
After the girls’ round ended, Perfect Match host Nick announced:
"All right, we have AD and Ollie in the lead with four points, followed by Madison and Freddie with three points. But there's still time for the rest of you to catch up."
Boys and girls then swapped places, after which Nick asked more questions.
In the meantime, AD confessed to the cameras that the challenge was important. She noted that it would reveal whether the connection was “deeper than surface.”
With more questions related to intimacy, breakfast, and more, the challenge ended. Nick revealed that Madison-Freddie scored five, while AD–Ollie scored six.
As AD and Ollie voted for each other the most, they won the compatibility challenge in the second episode.
