Being a kid and learning that would change anyone. But for Prater, it revealed a side of him. His pain turned into anger. His anger turned into obsession, and that obsession became the seed of something much darker. In the world of Dexter: Resurrection, it feels almost inevitable that someone with that kind of past would grow into a force like him.

In Dexter: Resurrection, Prater hosts a serial killer party where instead of talking about vacations or work, they’re swapping stories about their kills. It’s surreal. The fine dining and cold-blooded confessions are what make this club both disturbing and weirdly fascinating to watch.
